Holiday Gift Guide + Recommendations
I created this guide based on my clients, their lives, and interests I hear about in my DMs. From skincare to supplements and fun ways to grow your relationship or move, I hope this list sparks some great gift ideas.

LANEIGEÂ Lip Sleeping Mask
Oh my! I absolutely love this lip sleeping mask, that provides wonderful hydration while you sleep. The texture and slight smell are great, and this product can last a long time. Just trust me, y'all! As someone with super chapped lips, this product is one of the only products have provided serious help. There are also some fun trial size versions of the masks worth exploring.
Dr. Dennis Gross Ultra Gentle Peel Pads
I recommend this gift if you have any skin care fanatics in your life, especially if they are getting ready for a major event (like a wedding!) or you want to give a more luxury present! There are smaller sized, different strength-based chemical peels, FYI. I've attached the sensitive skin version because some find the other peels to be too strong. This product can be used for a variety of skin needs.
Origins Face Mask Kit
Listen...sometimes I let sales people talk me into buying stuff...and this is one of those purchases, but I do not regret it! These very small face masks give a great sample of a nicer product and last longer than single use masks. My favorite mask in this set is the avocado mask. PS- you could always split these up and give to different friends, coworkers, etc! Reminder...these are teeny.
Kristin Ess Hair Mask
I love this hair mask, but I do want to share the disclaimer I am not a hair expert. I recommend this gift because a.) it's supposed to help with all hair types b.) who doesn't want strong hair c.) the smell &Â consistency, and d.) before using this my hair was more dry, damaged, and now it's stronger (hair cuts play a massive part). I gave my Mom another mask from this line recently...so I hope she likes it, and I hope your loved ones do too!
Vital Proteins Collagen Powder
You will not see many supplements listed on this, because honestly, there are so many caveats and considerations around them. I love this trendy brand of collagen and if you know someone who loves smoothies or flavored drinks, and I think this sampler is a really fun gift. Savings tip: this brand is occasionally at Homegoods/TJ Max type-stores, if you know the flavor your gift recipient would like.
Universal Thread Hoodie
Let's talk sustainability! If the excess and the waste around "gifts" makes you or your gift recipient cringe, check out thrift store gift cards or credits. After thrifting, another great option is to check out the Universal Thread line at Target. This Target line pushes a major company in the right direction, and still has "Target prices", not extremely low, but definitely more budget friendly. Check out their denim, cotton, and scarves!
Classpass
Class pass is so fun! While being safe is EXTREMELY important, a ClassPass gift card can be used in the future, as something to look forward to. ClassPass allows members to go to boutique fitness studios, from hot yoga and cycling, to pure barre and bootcamp, so it's a great gift for someone looking to try new experiences or find new ways to move! There is also a huge amount of online classes available via class pass.
Kettlebell
If you know someone looking to get a great work out in less than 20 minutes, may I recommend a kettle bell (or a few). These weights are extremely versatile, and there lots of great simple workouts that utilize kettlebells in 20 minutes. In fact... I cannot imagine a 1-hr kettle bell class! Tip: maybe try to find out what weight is best through some snooping. Otherwise,10, 15 or 20 pounds might be a good starting point.
Audiobook Gift card
For audiobook lover in your life, give them the gift of owning a few listens, like the Hobbit or whatever their heart desires. Gift cards can feel like a cop out, but they can also show that you listen and support your loved ones interests, even if audiobooks aren't your thing. I love listening to books, and a gift card allows your loved one to pick what suits them.
Ankle weights
Truth time: I haven't used these, but now I WANT to! It seems like walking, as a response to being sedentary & inside, has been all the craze this year. If your walking buddy seems interested in a change up, these ankle weights could be the key. Bonus: they can change the weights so they fit their preferences.
Hydration supplement
I also haven't tried this at the time of writing, but I have been eyeing this product and hope to get it soon. Liquid IV could be a godsend for your friend that hates drinking water, by making drinking more exciting with their popular flavors & more hydrating, with electrolytes. And we all know water is a major key! Different flavors include different different benefits, fro find the flavor that fits your wishes.

I love this coffee subscription service. You can buy coffees, accessories, and subscriptions from Trade, so that your loved one never has to come to you, cranky and coffee-hungry. Gottman Institute Conversation Card Dec
This deck of cards is sure to create points of connection, and can be a great tool for couples wanting to have meaningful conversations. My Fiance and I are NOT pros on marriage...we aren't even married...but we have learned a lot from the Gottman Institute, who have produced groundbreaking research, award winning books, and fun tools like this deck to grow your love and relight that flame. This is a great gift if your partner wants some extra intentionality and a better date night convo!

Podcast
So, there is actually a family of podcasts in this umbrella; optimal finance, living, relationships, business, and health. They read a blog each week day on specific topics, often tying in minimalism. Â Sometimes I love and sometimes I disagree with the podcast that day, but it's a great library of opinions and information on interesting topics!
Podcast
This podcast is faith-based as well but addresses sex, marriage, dating, family, psychological health and more. Juli is a Christian that has orthodox views but is aware of issues in the Christian culture, and she is a licensed psychologist focused on helping women and couples have a healthy, beautiful and intimate life. This is a great listen for those with past sexual trauma, people interested in mental wellness or a myriad of other topics!
Youtube channel
Anthony is a friend of mine who, in the course of 1 year, worked with his wife as a team to pay off $20,000 dollars in debt...and saved 10,000. His focus is to provide as much FREE financial content to the world as possible. He covers renting to buying, investing to saving, credit cards to cash, and more.
T.V Show
Okay, this recommendation is a bit different than the others. This is one of my favorite this shows. It is the perfect mix of intrigue, fun, mystery, drama, and love...but still not too much of any of those parts. You can watch this 2-season BBC miniseries on Amazon. I cannot recommend this series enough, especially for a nice calm night in. The show actually has a huge theme about self-development, growth, and ambition...through a very simple premise.
Skincare
Okay, this one is a little random...but listen. Skincare is a great part of caring for your body, and this brand is really a great mix of affordable and quality. If you are a male or female I recommend using one of their cleansers and their moisturizer with SPF. In the evening I recommend removing makeup, cleansing, and then using their night cream, which feels amazing and has great skincare ingredients. You can build out more of a routine but this a good place to start.
