1. Do something you love early. Look forward to a bible study, yoga, relaxing bath, or a phone call.
Spice it up and don't feel limited to do "morning" activities.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Chug water first thing! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wakes you up, good for your body!
Then nourish your body.
Get a good, yummy breakfast planned so the you look forward to it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Move your wake up time up, slowly. If you want to wake up an hour earlier, start by moving your wake up time 10 minutes earlier each day for 6 days.
Also move your bed time up.
It's pretty hard to get up when you are exhausted!
