1. Serve others. A group of people I love say "healing through serving". Try it out! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Limit technology. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ For the first 20 minutes after you wake up and the last hour before bed. Pray, meditate, journal, read, drink tea. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Pick up a simple, cheap new hobby. Don't get crazy. Keep it simple! Or revisit an old hobby. Think of things like gardening, swimming,..anything to get you out and about.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Take a risk. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What do you think will help you feel better? So many times we have pretty solid ideas about what we need to do...and taking the first step is the hardest. If it isn't sinful or reckless...go for it!!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. Learn a new, useful skill.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Similar to a new hobby, learn a super practical skill! Think about things like changing your car's oil.
